Speak Be4 You Think~~~

Do u know when u promise, talk or communicate, and others communication, all the words could be so meaningful to others?
Last time, i dun think be4 i speak/talk then wait till the day come i so regret about wat i had said/told n rite now i have learn tat certain things/words u can take it as a joke but certain things/words u cant simply say it or promise the others.
So dun simply promise ppl or say smth which really important/meaningful that u dun mean it cos it could harm the others or bring yrself no good.
